We don’t believe in quick fixes or one-size-fits-all plans. Instead, we take the time to understand you - your goals, lifestyle, and starting point - and build a sustainable strategy from the ground up.
Whether you're here to change your physique, or just train consistently and get stronger, both options below give you the same level of coaching, programming and attention. The difference is the setting.
Built for you. Every programme is built around you specifically - your goals, your schedule, how you move. Nothing is templated.
Progression. Everything is tracked and adapted. We don't guess, we measure.
Education. We explain why, not just what. So you understand the process and can make good decisions on your own.
Support and accountability. Weekly check-ins, honest feedback and support between sessions. Coaching, not cheerleading.

We specialise in what we know delivers the best results: personal training. We offer two formats:
1-2-1 Personal Training
Just you and your coach. Full attention, complete privacy, every session.
What's included:

Semi-Private Personal Training
Your own plan. A shared space.
Big results.
You train alongside a small group but follow your own plan - built around your goals, not theirs. Same level of coaching and programming as 1-to-1, different setting.

Progress tracking
Weekly check-ins and messaging between sessions
Lifestyle coaching: mindset, habits, sleep, stress, nutrition

FAQs

If your goal is fat loss or muscle gain, then we recommend online coaching. These goals rely heavily on nutrition, sleep, and daily habits, and our remote check-ins and guidance make all the difference.
If your goal is simply to get stronger to improve your health, online coaching is optional. Some clients like the extra structure; others are happy with just in-person support. It’s up to you!

For 1-to-1 sessions:
You'll work with either Paul or Bex depending on who best suits your personality, goals, and preferences. We'll decide this together during your consultation to ensure the best fit.For Semi-Private sessions:
You'll be coached by either Paul or Bex, and often both of us will be there! We work together closely to make sure every client gets consistent coaching, support, and progression. -
1-to-1 Personal Training:
Once you're set up, you'll book directly with your coach (Paul or Bex). We'll work with your schedule to find regular times that suit you best.Semi-Private Personal Training:
You'll book your sessions via our easy-to-use app. We have a set weekly timetable of sessions to choose from - just pick the slots that work for you. -
Not at all. Our Semi-Private Personal Training sessions run on a timetable, and you can book your spot through our app. Each session has space for up to 4 clients so you’ll be training alongside others, but there’s no need to come with a group. Just book the times that work best for you.

No, every client follows their own personalised training plan, tailored to their goals, experience level, and needs. You’ll be training alongside others, but your program is entirely your own. No cookie-cutter programs here!

Yes, absolutely. We know goals, schedules, and budgets can shift over time. You're welcome to move between membership options, just chat with us if you'd like to make a change.

We use a monthly membership model to give you more flexibility and consistency. Instead of locking you into a strict weekly schedule, this allows you to:

No! We don’t believe in tying people into long-term contracts. Our memberships are month-to-month, giving you the flexibility to stay as long as it's working for you. We want you to train with us because you're getting value and results - not because you're locked in.

Our address is 8 Sybron Way, TN6 3DZ. We’re on the same industrial estate as Tesco - train with us and pick up your dinner on the way home!
Drive past Tesco, at the roundabout turn right. We’re just past the junction, look out for the Redwing Roofing sign - we’re in the same building but their sign is bigger!
